This is exactly what you think you are going to get, it's cheap but it works. If you're looking for something that is very cost effective but maybe not the best quality (it's light and almost flimsy) this is the pedometer for you. It works and hasn't broken, it's just not something I would buy as a gift for someone I cared or, instead they were bought for a group of people who started walking on their lunch break and the business was supplying all of the pedometers.

I don't know this advice is very accurate. yes, it is good to have to keep an idea of what you work out is like but not perfect results.
